Binance, a cryptocurrency exchange, announced the beginning of its inaugural AMP summer internship program. According to the company, the internship program encourages talent and innovation in the Web3 sector.
According to the company, the summer internship will last ten weeks and provide interns with “cross-functional learning opportunities to rotate across different teams, including marketing, customer service, and Binance Academy.” The interns will be guided and mentored throughout the program by experienced project leads. The Amp internship program will include training components like “Communications with Impact,” “Culture Intelligence,” and “Effective Feedback.”
Yi He, Binance’s co-founder and chief marketing officer, stated, “As leaders in the web 3.0 world, we have a crucial role in fostering and developing the talent needed for our industry’s ongoing success.” Our Advanced Management Program is a one-of-a-kind, thoughtfully designed program to find outstanding young people with a passion for web3 and provide them with the necessary skills and experiences to succeed in this fast-paced industry. We are thrilled to offer this practical experience to help develop future talent and advance our industry.
Over 8,000 applications came in from all over the world. After a thorough selection process that included interviews, case study assessments, and tests, 23 candidates were accepted into the internship program. The business noted that a permanent position at Binance or a slot in the Graduate Leadership Programme in 2024 might be awarded to interns after their internship.
In addition, the interns will have the chance to interact with executives, managers, and other industry professionals through Binance. The company said that after the program is over, participants will submit a project to top executives to “maximize their learning and growth.”
One of the chosen interns, Markus Bergvinson, said, “I was inspired to apply for this internship not only because of Binance’s reputation as a leading global cryptocurrency exchange but also by CZ’s leadership in revolutionizing the workplace to create a high-efficiency environment.” He attends the University of Toronto as a Rotman Commerce student.
